Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Madalenas, bizcochos, o pan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pal de Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piel de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el Caramel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades soperes d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ponemos en un cazo, la leche, la piel de lim\u00f3n y la rama de canela. Cuando empiece a hervir apagamos el fuego. Tapamos y dejamos enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untamos el molde rectangular por todos los lados con mantequilla .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haremos un caramelo con el az\u00facar y el agua y con el fuego bajo removeremos hasta que tengamos el color del caramelo. Lo pasaremos al molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol pondremos los huevos y el az\u00facar y lo batiremos con unas varillas el\u00e9ctricas hasta que la mezcla quede de un color blanquecino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos la leche infusionada, previamente colada, y tambi\u00e9n las madalenas desmenuzadas en trozos grandes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasaremos la mezcla al molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos precalentado el horno a 180\u00ba cent\u00edgrados por arriba y abajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos puesto un bandeja honda con agua hirviendo dentro del horno, y pondremos el molde con el puding dentro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coceremos el pan de calatrava durante unos 40 minutos aproximadamente. Haremos la prueba del palillo y si sale seco ya lo tendremos cocido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dejaremos enfriar y despu\u00e9s lo taparemos con papel film y lo guardaremos en el frigor\u00edfico al menos unas 8 horas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desmoldaremos con mucho cuidado, pasando un cuchillo por los bordes del molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os aconsejo que ve\u00e1is nuestro v\u00eddeo de Pan de Calatrava para una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de todo lo explicado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfBuscas la aut\u00e9ntica receta de pan de Calatrava?
