Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de Az\u00facar moreno<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para la Salsa de Ar\u00e1ndanos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>170 gr. Ar\u00e1ndanos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>225 gr. Vino Pedro Xim\u00e9nes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de Mel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haremos unos cortes transversales en la piel del magret.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En bol mezclaremos el zumo de naranja, la miel calentada un poco en el microondas, la soja, los ajos picados y la pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un recipiente herm\u00e9tico pondremos el magret y la marinada. Lo guardaremos en el frigor\u00edfico durante 20 minutos y despu\u00e9s le daremos la vuelta y lo dejaremos marinar 40 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelaremos y descorazonaremos las manzanas. Las cortaremos en trocitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cazo pondremos la mantequilla y cuando est\u00e9 derretida agregaremos las manzanas, el az\u00facar y un poco de agua. Coceremos durante unos 15 minutos. Trituraremos las manzanas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al sacar el magret de pato de la marinada lo secaremos con papel absorbente de cocina para que no quede hervido al pasarlo por la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos el magret en la sart\u00e9n fr\u00eda con la piel hacia abajo y asaremos durante unos 5 minutos. Sacaremos el aceite sobrante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos precalentado el horno a 200\u00ba cent\u00edgrados por arriba y abajo y ahora coceremos en el horno, pero con la piel hacia arriba durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Envolveremos el magret con papel de aluminio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la misma sart\u00e9n pondremos el vino y cuando haya evaporado el alcohol agregaremos los ar\u00e1ndanos y la miel. Iremos chafando los ar\u00e1ndanos para que se vayan deshaciendo un poco. Cocinamos durante 15 minutos.
