Xocolata Fondant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem la massa de pasta de full juntament amb el paper vegetal i l&#039;estendrem damunt la taula de treball. Hi afegirem abundant sucre per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb la part del darrere del ganivet marcarem lleugerament el centre de tota la base i amb l&#039;ajuda del paper vegetal doblarem la meitat de la massa fins al centre i farem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 amb l&#039;altra meitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tornarem a posar m\u00e9s sucre de manera abundant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dobleguem una altra vegada la massa fins a la meitat i ho fem igualment pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una altra vegada sucre i ara donem el darrer plec perqu\u00e8 quedi muntat un costat damunt l&#039;altre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aplanarem b\u00e9 la massa amb l\u00b4ajuda d\u00b4un corr\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retallarem les puntes de la massa i tallarem uns trossos de \u00bd cm. cadascun.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els posarem en una safata per anar al forn, deixant una separaci\u00f3 ja que doblegaran el volum dins del forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i per baix. Les deixarem coure durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament. Si cal, se&#039;ls pot capgirar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 amb aigua al foc ia sobre hi posem un recipient per fondre la xocolata al bany maria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan s&#039;hagi fos la xocolata li afegim la mantega perqu\u00e8 li doni brillantor a la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem que la xocolata baixi de temperatura, ha de quedar a uns 27 graus cent\u00edgrads. Per saber que ja est\u00e0 al punt posem la punta del ganivet dins la xocolata. Ho deixem un moment i no s&#039;ha de caure la xocolata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les palmeretes estiguin fredes les banyarem fins a la meitat amb la xocolata i les escorrerem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem una reixeta i les deixarem assecar.
