Gambas peladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 a 5 Pimientos del Piquillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Caldo Pescado aprox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita Piment\u00f3n rojo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picaremos finamente la cebolla. Cortaremos los ajos en l\u00e1minas finas. Cortaremos los pimientos en tiras y rallaremos los tomates. Echaremos el az\u00facar al tomate para quitarle la acidez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n pondremos el aceite y cuando est\u00e9 caliente introduciremos el bacalao previamente enharinado. Lo freiremos primero por la parte de la piel y cuando est\u00e9 dorado le daremos la vuelta. Reservaremos sobre papel absorbente de cocina para quitar el exceso de aceite.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela con un poco de aceite de fre\u00edr el bacalao, echaremos los ajos. Les daremos unas vuelta y agregaremos la cebolla con una pizca de sal. Sofreiremos la cebolla con el fuego bajo durante unos 5 minutos y a\u00f1adiremos el tomate rallado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinaremos durante unos 3 minutos y apartaremos la cazuela del fuego y agregaremos el piment\u00f3n. Removeremos para que no se queme el piment\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos los pimientos del piquillo y el vino. Cuando haya evaporado el alcohol a\u00f1adiremos el caldo de pescado. Coceremos durante unos 5 minutos,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidamente a\u00f1adiremos las gambas y enseguida el bacalao.
