Farina d&#039;\u00fas com\u00fa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 gr. Manteca de Cerdo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. An\u00eds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para fre\u00edr las Orejas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 corteza de Lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 An\u00eds estrellado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un bol tamizaremos la harina y agregaremos los huevos, la sal, el an\u00eds y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Removeremos con una esp\u00e1tula de madera para integrarlo todo,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos el agua, guardando un poco para a\u00f1adirla despu\u00e9s, ya que todas las harinas no absorben la misma cantidad de l\u00edquido. Amasaremos un poco y seguidamente pondremos la manteca de cerdo y amasaremos con las manos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos un poco de harina en la mesa de trabajo y acabaremos de amasar con las manos. Daremos forma de bola a la masa y la dejaremos reposar durante 1 hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partiremos la masa en dos mitades. Echaremos un poco de aceite en la mesa de trabajo y alisaremos la masa con el rodillo. Tiene que quedar muy fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortaremos la masa con un cortapastas grande o con un plato peque\u00f1o o una tapadora. Depositaremos las orejas encima de papel de hornear para que no se peguen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con la masa sobrante tambi\u00e9n la alisaremos y cortaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos abundante aceite de girasol en una sart\u00e9n peque\u00f1a y agregaremos el an\u00eds estrellado y la piel del lim\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Con el rodillo aplanaremos un poco m\u00e1s las orejas en el momento de fre\u00edrlas, teniendo en cuenta de poner siempre un poco de aceite para que no se peguen al estirarlas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando el aceite est\u00e9 caliente las freiremos de una en una, d\u00e1ndoles la vuelta cuando est\u00e9n doradas.
