Garbanzos cocidos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Almejas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Caldo de Pescado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cayena (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemos puesto en remojo durante media hora las almejas con agua y sal. Las escurriremos y lavaremos nuevamente con agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picaremos la cebolla y los ajos. Reservaremos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela pondremos aceite de oliva y cuando est\u00e9 caliente echaremos los ajos y seguidamente la cebolla. Rehogaremos con el fuego bajo durante 15 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos la harina y le daremos unas vueltas para que se cocine la harina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos el vino y subiremos el fuego para que se evapore el alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporaremos las almejas. Moveremos la cazuela para que se vayan abriendo las almejas teniendo cuidado que no se pegue la salsa. Podemos ponerle un poquito de caldo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos la cayena y los garbanzos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cubriremos los garbanzos con el caldo de pescado.
