Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200\/250 ml. Caldo de Pollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelaremos los ajos. Guardaremos la mitad de los ajos para cocinarlos enteros. Los restantes los cortaremos en l\u00e1minas peque\u00f1as.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortaremos el solomillo en rodajas de unos 2 cent\u00edmetros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpimentaremos los filetes por las dos caras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos echado un poco de aceite en la sart\u00e9n y cuando est\u00e9 caliente y con el fuego bajo doraremos los ajos enteros procurando que no se quemen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freiremos la carne, solo vuelta y vuelta, por los dos lados. Hay que fre\u00edrlos r\u00e1pidamente. Reservaremos la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporaremos los ajos picados y agregaremos la harina, removiendo para que se cueza la harina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos el vino y esperaremos que reduzca el alcohol. Removeremos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Continuaci\u00f3n a\u00f1adiremos un poco de caldo e incorporaremos la carne.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinaremos todo junto durante unos 5 minutos aproximadamente, vigilando que no se nos pegue. Si le hace falta m\u00e1s caldo se lo a\u00f1adiremos.
