Vino dulce Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romero<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal y Pimienta en grano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortaremos la cebolla en juliana, la zanahoria en discos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ataremos las patas y alas con cordel para que no rompan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depositaremos las codornices en un bol junto con el vino que tiene que cubrir las codornices. Agregaremos la cebolla, la zanahoria, la cabeza de ajos partida por la mitad, el laurel, el tomillo, el romero y las bolitas de pimienta. Lo dejaremos tapado, en maceraci\u00f3n en el frigor\u00edfico durante unas 12 horas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sacaremos las codornices de la maceraci\u00f3n y escurriremos las verduras, retirado el laurel, el tomillo y el romero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salamos y enharinaremos las codornices. Las freiremos por los dos lados y las reservaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el mismo aceite sofreiremos las verduras, cuidando que no salpiquen, durante unos 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos el vino y reduciremos durante unos 7 minutos aproximadamente. Retiraremos tambi\u00e9n la cabeza de ajos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos el caldo y las codornices y coceremos con el fuego bajo durante unos 25 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas, con la cazuela tapada y vigilando no falte caldo para la cocci\u00f3n.
