S\u00f3n uns dol\u00e7os elaborats amb Pasta Choux farcits de Nata i coberts amb Xocolata calenta. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 o 4 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Xocolata per fondre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc i hi afegim l&#039;aigua, la sal i la mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir afegirem la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada. La tirarem de cop i remenarem perqu\u00e8 es vagi barrejant, i apagarem el foc sense deixar de remenar fins que estigui tot ben integrat i la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem entebeir la massa i hi posarem un ou sencer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anirem remenant fins que s&#039;integri el primer ou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un segon ou i continuarem barrejant fins que s&#039;integri totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem el tercer ou i farem la mateixa operaci\u00f3. Cal aconseguir una textura de corbata (veure el v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la massa en una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre arrissat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata de forn i amb paper de coure farem els profiterols rodons, m\u00e9s aviat petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mullem un dit en aigua i aixafarem una mica la punta dels profiterols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i els deixem coure durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament, dep\u00e8n de cada forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem que es refredin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem la nata amb unes varetes i al final hi afegirem el sucre, muntant-la una mica m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 es reparteixi b\u00e9 el sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per emplenar els profiterols, posarem la nata en una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre llarg que s&#039;introdueix dins dels profiterols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introdu\u00efm el filtre per un costat del profiterol i premem la m\u00e0niga perqu\u00e8 entri el farcit. Un cop emplenats els guardarem al frigor\u00edfic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondem la xocolata al microones i si est\u00e0 massa esp\u00e8s li podem afegir una mica de llet o d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En servir les postres posarem una raci\u00f3 de profiterols i per sobre els cobrirem amb la xocolata calenta.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo dels
