Filet de Vedella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Caldo de Carne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>65 ml. Nata para cocinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Brandy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. Mostaza (1 cucharadita)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Patates per fregir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortaremos los filetes a lo ancho en tiras delgadas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picaremos la cebolla en juliana fina. Los champi\u00f1ones, hemos sacado con un trapito la arena que ten\u00edan. Los cortaremos en l\u00e1minas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n echaremos un poco de aceite de oliva y cuando est\u00e9 muy caliente, agregaremos la carne que hay que dorarla por los dos lados. Solo vuelta y vuelta. Reservaremos. Cuando se enfr\u00ede la carne la cortaremos en tiras m\u00e1s finas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el mismo aceite le a\u00f1adiremos la mantequilla. Bajaremos el fuego y sofreiremos la cebolla con un poco de sal, hasta que quede dorada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos los champi\u00f1ones y cocinaremos todo junto unos 3 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos el brandy, teniendo la precauci\u00f3n de tener apagada la campana extractora. Una vez evaporado el alcohol, agregaremos el caldo de carne y la mostaza. Removeremos y cocinaremos el conjunto unos 7 minutos m\u00e1s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidamente agregaremos la nata para cocinar. Comprobaremos de sal y echaremos la pimienta. Removeremos hasta que se integre todo, siempre con e fuego bajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalmente incorporaremos la carne con el jugo que haya soltado. Mezclaremos y cocinaremos un par de minutos m\u00e1s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freiremos las patatas.
