Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 gr. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada sopera de Vinagre Blanco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mezclaremos el agua, la sal y el vinagre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela que pueda ir al horno pondremos la paletilla y la mezcla del agua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos precalentado el horno a 130\u00ba cent\u00edgrados por arriba y abajo y hornearemos por 45 minutos. Daremos la vuelta a la carne y hornearemos 45 minutos m\u00e1s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daremos la vuelta a la paletilla y subiremos el horno a 160\u00ba cent\u00edgrados y hornearemos 20 minutos por un lado y despu\u00e9s 20 minutos m\u00e1s por el otro lado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelaremos y cortaremos las patatas en rodajas gruesas. La cebolla la cortaremos en unos trozos grandes y los tomates por la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sacaremos la paletilla del horno, le daremos la vuela y le a\u00f1adiremos la guarnici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El horno lo hemos subido a 200\u00ba cent\u00edgrados tambi\u00e9n por arriba y abajo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinaremos durante 30 minutos m\u00e1s por cada lado, regando con el jugo por encima de la paletilla, de vez en cuando.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Daremos de nuevo la vuelta a la carne y subiremos el horno a 250\u00ba cent\u00edgrados durante unos 7 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9 dorada por encima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La sacaremos del horno y echaremos por encima ajo y perejil por encima.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os aconsejo que ve\u00e1is nuestro v\u00eddeo de Paletilla de Cordero al horno muy tierna para una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de todo lo explicado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Paletilla de Cordero lechal al horno muy tierna.
