Harina de fuerza<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. Agua de Azahar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. Levadura de panadero en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En la amasadora el\u00e9ctrica pondremos los huevos, el az\u00facar, la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, la sal, el agua de azahar y la leche. Pondremos tambi\u00e9n la harina previamente tamizada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amasaremos primero con la marcha lenta y despu\u00e9s cuando se haya absorbido la harina, amasaremos con marcha m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida hasta que la masa se desprenda de las paredes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos la mantequilla cortada a dados y seguiremos amasando durante unos 15 minutos a marcha media.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untaremos con aceite la mesa de trabajo y daremos unas vueltas a la masa de brioche y le damos la forma de bola. Dejaremos reposar la masa tapada con un pa\u00f1o hasta que doble el volumen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Volveremos a untar la mesa de trabajo y a la masa le daremos forma de barra y la depositaremos en el molde previamente untado con mantequilla. Una vez dentro del molde la aplanaremos con las manos y la taparemos con papel film. La dejaremos reposar\u00a0 hasta que la masa llegue casi al borde del molde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Otra opci\u00f3n es guardar el pan de brioche en el frigor\u00edfico durante unas horas y despu\u00e9s dejarlo fermentar a temperatura ambiente. Nosotros lo hemos hecho de esta manera y ha estado toda la noche en el frigor\u00edfico. Ahora a fermentar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasadas 6 horas ya ha fermentado. Depender\u00e1 de la temperatura ambiente puede ser entre 4 y 6 horas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos precalentado el horno a 180\u00ba cent\u00edgrados por arriba y abajo. Horneamos durante 30 minutos.
