Fresas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>350 ml. Vino dulce Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. Leche aprox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavaremos las patatas y las pondremos en un cazo con agua y sal. Las herviremos enteras durante unos 35 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduciremos el vino durante unos 15 minutos. Tiene que quedar hasta la mitad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lavaremos y cortaremos las fresas. Las a\u00f1adiremos al vino y pondremos sal y pimienta. Removeremos. Cocinaremos todo junto durante unos 7 minutos. Apagaremos el fuego y trituraremos la salsa y despu\u00e9s la colaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dejaremos enfriar las patatas dentro de un bol con agua fr\u00eda y un cubito de hielo. Las pelaremos y cortaremos en trozos para poderlas chafar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de chafarlas, agregaremos la mantequilla en punto de pomada, la leche tibia, sal y pimienta y la nuez moscada.
