Ternera en filetes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr. Ceps\/Setas deshidratadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 ml. Caldo de Carne aprox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vino tinto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer la picada:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 rebanada de pan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 almendras tostadas sin piel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidrataremos las setas durante unos 30 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picaremos la cebolla, cortaremos en discos los ajos y rallaremos el tomate. Reservaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpimentaremos los filetes por los dos lados y los enharinaremos procurando sacar el exceso de harina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela ancha pondremos aceite de oliva y cuando est\u00e9 caliente echaremos los ajos y antes de que se doren freiremos los filetes por los dos lados, Solo tienen que dorarse un poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Una vez fritos los filetes, sacaremos los ajos de la cazuela y agregaremos la cebolla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinaremos 5 minutos y a\u00f1adiremos el tomate rallado con una pizca de az\u00facar, para quitarle la acidez al tomate. Coceremos el sofrito durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos el vino, daremos unas vueltas y esperaremos que evapore el alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escurriremos las setas, guardando un poco del jugo para a\u00f1adirlo a la ternera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volveremos a poner la carne en la cazuela con el jugo que haya soltado, a\u00f1adiremos tambi\u00e9n el caldo de carne, las setas y un par de cucharadas del jugo de las setas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coceremos con el fuego bajo y la cazuela tapada durante unos 30 minutos o hasta que la carne est\u00e9 tierna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para hacer la picada freiremos una rebanada de pan. pondremos en la batidora los ajos cortados, el perejil cortado, las almendras y el pan frito. Se puede batir con la batidora el\u00e9ctrica o picarlo con un mortero.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lo agregaremos al guiso. Removeremos y agregaremos un poco del caldo de las setas.
