Leche Condensada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. Queso Mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 ml. Llet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pel Caramel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 cucharadas de Agua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para hacer el caramelo en un cazo pondremos el agua y el az\u00facar y con el fuego bajo y una vez se deshaga el az\u00facar y quede doradito, apagaremos el fuego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En caliente pasaremos el caramelo a las flaneras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un recipiente alto pondremos la leche condensada, el queso mascarpone, los huevos y la leche. Batiremos con un batidor el\u00e9ctrico o manual hasta que est\u00e9 todo bien integrado. Pondremos la mezcla en las flaneras sin llegar al borde.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depositaremos las flaneras en un recipiente que pueda ir al horno y llenaremos el recipiente con agua hirviendo hasta llegar a la mitad de la bandeja, para cocinar los flanes al ba\u00f1o mar\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos precalentado el horno a 200\u00ba cent\u00edgrados por arriba y abajo y los hornearemos durante 30 minutos aproximadamente o hasta que est\u00e9n cocidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los dejaremos enfriar totalmente antes de guardarlos en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los hemos tenido unas 10 horas en la nevera. Para desmoldarlos pasaremos la punta de un cuchillo alrededor del flan.
