Secreto Ib\u00e9rico de Cerdo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Bolets variats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>160 gr. Arroz Arborio o Bomba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>640\/700 ml. Caldo de Carne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Vi Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de caf\u00e9 de Piment\u00f3n Rojo dulce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cortaremos la carne en trocitos peque\u00f1os. Salpimentaremos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela pondremos un poquito de aceite y cuando est\u00e9 caliente doraremos la carne por todos los lados. Reservaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el mismo aceite sofreiremos las setas durante unos 2 minutos. Salaremos y reservaremos. Sofreiremos la cebolla y los ajos con el fuego bajo hasta que est\u00e9 transparente. Agregaremos el tomate triturado y removeremos. Cocinaremos hasta que quede el sofrito como una mermelada. A\u00f1adiremos el piment\u00f3n y el vino. Removeremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporaremos la carne. Daremos unas vueltas y despu\u00e9s de unos 5 minutos echaremos el arroz en la cazuela. Removeremos para que se integre y se dore un poco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidamente agregaremos el caldo hirviendo pero en peque\u00f1as cantidades cada vez y siempre removiendo para que el arroz suelte el almid\u00f3n y quede m\u00e1s cremoso. A medida que hierva le iremos a\u00f1adiendo m\u00e1s caldo caliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos las setas y comprobaremos de sal. Es importante ir removiendo la paella de vez en cuando. Tiene que quedar un poco caldoso.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despu\u00e9s de 15 minutos de cocci\u00f3n apagaremos el fuego y lo tendremos en reposo tapado durante 5 minutos m\u00e1s.
