Bolets frescos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Vi Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 ml. Brandy (Conyac)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem i escorrem b\u00e9 els bolets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem els filets de filet i els fregirem amb oli d&#039;oliva ben calent. Els daurarem per les dues cares i els reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una altra paella fregirem els bolets si s\u00f3n frescos o congelats perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;aigua. Si els bolets s\u00f3n deshidratats no cal fregir-los.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli sofregim lentament la ceba tallada molt fina. Quan la ceba estigui una mica daurada hi afegim la farina, l&#039;all i el julivert picats. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es cogui una mica la farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegim el tom\u00e0quet trossejat petit i sense pell. Sofregiu-ho tot junt i afegiu-hi el full de llorer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem el vi a la cassola i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou esmicolat. Quan l&#039;alcohol hagi evaporat una mica, hi afegirem l&#039;aigua calenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan el brou de la cassola bulli, posarem els filets juntament amb el suc que hagi deixat anar la carn en fregir-la. Deixarem coure durant uns 20 minuts a foc lent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la carn de la cassola i apartarem la fulla de llorer. Batem la salsa amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric o amb un colador xin\u00e8s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la salsa a la cassola juntament amb els filets. Afegirem els pinyons i els bolets. Remenarem i quan estigui la salsa calenta posarem el brandi. Si cal afegirem m\u00e9s aigua calenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i acabarem de coure la carn amb el foc baix, movent la cassola de tant en tant perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem fins que la carn quedi tendra. Aquest plat \u00e9s millor preparar-lo amb antelaci\u00f3, ja que reposat \u00e9s molt millor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Filet de
