Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Caldo de Pollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safr\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picaremos finamente la cebolla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Las patatas bien lavadas, las hemos secado con papel absorbente de cocina. Cortaremos las patatas en discos de un grosor de \u00bd cent\u00edmetros aproximadamente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batiremos los huevos y salaremos las patatas. Las rebozaremos primero con la harina y despu\u00e9s con el huevo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos bastante aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n y cuando est\u00e9 caliente freiremos las patatas por los dos lados. Las reservaremos sobre papel absorbente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para hacer la salsa echaremos en una cazuela un poco del aceite fre\u00edr las patatas y cuando est\u00e9 caliente sofreiremos lentamente la cebolla con un poco de sal, durante unos 6 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Haremos un majado, picaremos en el mortero los dientes de ajo y cuando est\u00e9n bien machacados, agregaremos el perejil y picaremos bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En la cazuela agregaremos un poco del caldo de pollo, el majado, el azafr\u00e1n y el vino. Cuando evapore el alcohol echaremos la sal y la pimenta y seguidamente la harina. Removeremos bien para que quede todo bien integrado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos las patatas en la cazuela y agregaremos m\u00e1s caldo hasta cubrir las patatas. Comprobaremos de sal. Taparemos la cazuela y la iremos moviendo. Las patatas no deben tocarse, pues se podr\u00edan deshacer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos cocinado las patatas durante unos 10 o 12 minutos.
