Arroz largo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Pechuga de Pollo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 gr. Gambas peladas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Pimiento rojo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Pimiento verde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Pimiento amarillo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Brocoli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Zanahoria<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 gr. Champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Salsa de Soja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita Ajo en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Agua para hervir el arroz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lavaremos dos o tres veces el arroz con agua fr\u00eda y lo iremos escurriendo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela pondremos el aceite de oliva y agregaremos los ajos bien picados. Le daremos unas vueltas y antes de que se doren incorporaremos el arroz bien escurrido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezclaremos&nbsp; y agregaremos la salsa de soja y el agua. Taparemos la cazuela y coceremos el arroz con el fuego bajo durante unos 18 minutos, vigilando que no se pegue. Es conveniente cocerlo en un recipiente antiadherente. Si le falta agua se puede a\u00f1adir un poquito.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un wok pondremos aceite de oliva y cuando est\u00e9 caliente agregaremos los dados de pollo, el ajo en polvo, la sal y la pimienta. Removeremos y freiremos hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos las gambas peladas y cocinaremos durante un par de minutos m\u00e1s. Agregaremos una cucharada de salsa de soja y pasados dos minutos reservaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En el mismo aceite y con el fuego fuerte incorporaremos todas las verduras cortadas en palitos delgados, excepto los champi\u00f1ones. Las verduras hay que cocerlas muy poco, m\u00e1s o menos 4 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos los champi\u00f1ones. Daremos unas vueltas y seguidamente incorporaremos la carne y las gambas. Mezclaremos todo y cocinaremos durante unos 3 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si vemos que nos ha quedado demasiado seco, le podemos agregar un poco m\u00e1s de agua y cocinar todo junto unos 3 minutos m\u00e1s, depende de cada fabricante el tiempo de cocci\u00f3n.
