Nata muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 ml. Caf\u00e9 expr\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 gr. Caf\u00e9 soluble<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Fulles de gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Crema de Mascarpone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 gr. Formatge Mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 rovells d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para la decoraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>400 gr. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr. Chocolate 70% Cacao<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para hacer la crema Mascarpone. Batiremos las yemas con el az\u00facar y despu\u00e9s agregaremos el queso mascarpone y batiremos hasta integrarlo totalmente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para hacer la crema de Caf\u00e9:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidrataremos las placas de gelatina durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montaremos la nata en un recipiente que habremos dejado en el congelador durante unos 10 minutos junto con la nata. Antes de acabar de montar agregaremos el az\u00facar y acabaremos de montar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentaremos el caf\u00e9 en el microondas y le agregaremos la gelatina bien escurrida. Lo mezclaremos bien y lo pasaremos al az\u00facar, removiendo hasta que quede todo bien integrado. Le a\u00f1adiremos tambi\u00e9n el caf\u00e9 soluble y pasaremos esta mezcla a la nata montada. Batiremos con las varillas el\u00e9ctricas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para terminar el postre, utilizaremos unas copas o vasos de cristal y en el fondo pondremos una buena capa de la crema de caf\u00e9, y las guardaremos en el frigor\u00edfico durante unas 4 horas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos la crema de mascarpone en una manga pastelera y la distribuiremos por encima de la crema de caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para acabar el postre, montaremos m\u00e1s nata con el az\u00facar correspondiente y con una manga pastelera cubriremos la parte de encima de las copas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por encima rallaremos chocolate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Os aconsejo que ve\u00e1is nuestro v\u00eddeo de Mousse de Caf\u00e9 y Mascarpone para una mejor comprensi\u00f3n de todo lo explicado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mousse de Caf\u00e9 y Mascarpone: El Postre M\u00e1s F\u00e1cil y R\u00e1pido para Sorprender\u00bfBuscas un postre elegante y delicioso que puedas preparar en pocos minutos?
