Jerez seco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vinagre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hemos puesto en remojo los ri\u00f1ones con agua y un buen chorro de vinagre durante 45 minutos. Los escurriremos y los vamos a lavar con abundante agua del grifo. Los escurriremos de nuevo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picaremos la cebolla en juliana bien fina. Cortaremos los ajos en discos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n pondremos aceite de oliva y cuando est\u00e9 caliente agregaremos los ajos. Les daremos unas vueltas y cuando empiecen a dorarse a\u00f1adiremos la cebolla y un poco de sal. Rehogaremos la cebolla con el fuego bajo durante unos 10 minutos, removiendo de vez en cuando para que no se tueste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos los ri\u00f1ones y los coceremos durante 5 minutos con el fuego alto para que se fr\u00edan bien r\u00e1pido. Echaremos tambi\u00e9n la pimienta y el jerez y lo cocinaremos todo junto unos 3 minutos m\u00e1s.
