Sobrasada de Mallorca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 gr. Queso Gouda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Porros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Or\u00e9gano (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picaremos los puerros y la cebolla. Laminaremos los ajos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partiremos las berenjenas y con un cuchillo cortaremos la pulpa y con una cucharilla la sacaremos de la berenjena y la reservaremos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela con agua y sal y cuando empiece a hervir introduciremos las berenjenas y taparemos la cazuela. Tienen que hervir unos 8 minutos. Despu\u00e9s las escurriremos y dejaremos enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picaremos la pulpa de la berenjena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cazuela pondremos un poco de aceite y cuando est\u00e9 caliente echaremos los ajos. Les daremos una vuelta y seguidamente incorporaremos la cebolla y despu\u00e9s de un par de minutos agregaremos los puerros y la sal. Removeremos y sofreiremos con el fuego bajo durante unos 7 minutos, procurando que no se tueste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n agregaremos la pulpa de las berenjenas. Removeremos y echaremos tambi\u00e9n la pimienta. Cocinaremos durante unos 6 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cortaremos el queso en dados y la sobrasada en trocitos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos la sobrasada y le damos un par de vueltas y seguidamente agregaremos el queso, y con el fuego bajo coceremos durante un par de minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rellenaremos las berenjenas.
