{"id":1448,"date":"2013-04-18T06:38:26","date_gmt":"2013-04-18T06:38:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nova.elfornerdealella.com\/?p=1448"},"modified":"2024-04-24T16:00:59","modified_gmt":"2024-04-24T14:00:59","slug":"gelat-de-xocolata","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/helado-de-chocolate\/","title":{"rendered":"Gelat de Xocolata"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Avui a El Forner d&#039;Alella hem preparat un riqu\u00edssim Gelat de Xocolata, ja veureu que \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de fer i us quedar\u00e0 delici\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els ingredients no apareixen als dispositius m\u00f2bils, per\u00f2 aqu\u00ed teniu tots els ingredients i les quantitats, si vols preparar el\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/sucre-invertit\/\">sucre invertit clica aqu\u00ed.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Gelat de Xocolata.\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/FWhfs3G43fA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INGREDIENTS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 grs. de xocolata fondant<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 grs. cacau pur en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. de nata per muntar (Crema de llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml. de llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. sucre m\u00f2lt (glas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/sucre-invertit\/\">sucre invertit (veure recepta aqu\u00ed)<\/a>\u00a0amb\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/sucre-invertit-amb-thermomix\/\">Termomix clica aqu\u00ed<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. sucre avainillat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;ELABORACI\u00d3<strong>:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc i afegirem la llet amb el sucre el remourem i seguidament li posarem la xocolata fondant fins que quedi ben integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop desfeta la xocolata, hi afegirem el cacau pur i barrejarem b\u00e9 fins que estigui tot ben lligat. Aturarem el foc i ho deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem la nata que l&#039;hem posat 15 minuts al congelador perqu\u00e8 estigui ben freda. La nata ha de tenir com a m\u00ednim un 35% de mat\u00e8ria grassa i en buidar l&#039;env\u00e0s, cal desprendre de les parets el greix que s&#039;hi pot haver dipositat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop batuda la nata, la reservarem al frigor\u00edfic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la xocolata s&#039;hagi refredat, afegirem els ous un a un remenant b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin ia continuaci\u00f3 li posarem el pessic de sal, la vainilla ensucrada i el sucre invertit i remenarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedi tot integrat. El sucre invertit \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 no ens cristal\u00b7litzi el gelat i quedi m\u00e9s crem\u00f3s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la nata del frigor\u00edfic, i hi posarem la barreja de xocolata que hem preparat en un parell de vegades, amb moviments envoltants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan tinguem la textura adequada (veure v\u00eddeo) el taparem amb paper film i el posarem al frigor\u00edfic durant 3 hores. Un cop transcorregut aquest temps, ho passarem a un recipient adequat, i ho posarem al congelador durant 3 hores. Cada 30\/45 minuts ho remourem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 no cristal\u00b7litzi.
