Hi afegim la sal i l&#039;oli.<\/li><li>Al centre de la farina farem un buit i posarem el l\u00edquid.<\/li><li>Amassarem fins que la massa quedi espessa depenent de la farina, necessita m\u00e9s o menys aigua despr\u00e9s la passarem a la taula de treball, i continuarem pastant.<\/li><li>Hi afegirem el llevat de forner i seguirem pastant durant for\u00e7a estona fins que aconseguiu una massa de textura suau.<\/li><li>Un cop aconseguim la textura desitjada, li donarem forma de bola, i posarem dins un bol tapada amb un drap net, fins que dobli el volum.<\/li><li>Olivarem una mica la taula de treball, i dividirem la massa en dues parts i li donarem la forma definitiva jo ho faig rod\u00f3. per\u00f2 la podeu fer tipus coca.<\/li><li>La posarem en una llauna amb paper de coure deixarem reposar durant 5 minuts, i amb les mans l&#039;aixafarem fins que en quedi la forma definitiva.<\/li><li>Seguidament, la untarem amb un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli per tota la seva extensi\u00f3, i la deixarem fermentar fins que torni a doblegar de volum sense que li doni el corrent d&#039;aire un bon lloc, \u00e9s dins del forn totalment apagat.<\/li><li>Un cop fermentat, li posarem els dits donant-li unes marques per tot el pa i li tornarem a posar oli.<\/li><li>Ho posarem al forn a 200 graus cent\u00edgrads, amb calor amunt i avall fins que us quedi ben dauradet i cruixent.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com sempre us convidem a veure el v\u00eddeo del Pa d&#039;Oli per a una millor comprensi\u00f3<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy en el Forner de Alella les mostramos c\u00f3mo preparar este delicioso pan de aceite, conocido tambi\u00e9n como torta de Aranda, ya ver\u00e9is que bueno os va a quedar.
