Cava<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safr\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perejil picado para adornar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picaremos finamente la cebolla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos un poco de aceite en una cazuela y cuando est\u00e9 caliente sofreiremos la cebolla con un poco de sal y con el fuego bajo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuando empiece a dorarse la cebolla agregaremos la harina y mezclaremos bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00f1adiremos el cava y cuando evapore el alcohol y la salsa empiece a espesar, echaremos el caldo de pescado y el azafr\u00e1n. Cocinaremos durante unos 5 minutos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpimentaremos la merluza y la incorporaremos a la salsa junto con las gambas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cocinaremos el pescado durante unos 7 minutos, removiendo para que la salsa espese y no se pegue.
