Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer el Flan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>325 ml. Leche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gr. Miel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. Brandy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el Pa de pessic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr. Harina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. Miel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un cazo pondremos el az\u00facar y las gotas de lim\u00f3n para hacer el caramelo. Una vez est\u00e9 dorado, apagaremos el fuego.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasaremos el caramelo a los recipientes de cristal de 125 c.c. de capacidad.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidamente pondremos en un bol los huevos, el az\u00facar, la miel, previamente calentada en el microondas y el brandy. Removeremos con un batidor manual para que se integre todo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregaremos la leche y removeremos hasta que quede bien mezclado. Colaremos la mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rellenaremos los moldes unas \u00be partes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Para hacer el bizcocho pondremos en un bol el huevo, la miel y el az\u00facar. Lo mezclaremos con unas varillas el\u00e9ctricas durante unos 5 minutos. A\u00f1adiremos la harina previamente tamizada y con una lengua iremos integrando la harina con movimientos envolventes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos la masa del bizcocho encima de la masa de los flanes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararemos una bandeja que pueda ir al horno y pondremos nuestros flanes. Cubriremos de agua caliente hasta la mitad de los flanes y los hornearemos en el horno precalentado a 160\u00ba cent\u00edgrados y en la parte m\u00e1s baja del horno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hemos cocido los flanes durante unos 35 minutos.
