Fresas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Iogurt grec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. Gelatina neutra en polvo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de \u00bd Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para cubrir la Mousse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 gr. Fresas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 hojas Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Jarabe de Grosella o de Fresa (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trituraremos las galletas y derretiremos la mantequilla. Mezclaremos todo hasta que quede bien integrado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una bandeja pondremos los aros y alrededor cortaremos unas tiras de acetato para poder desmoldar con m\u00e1s facilidad. En la base del aro haremos una capa con las galletas trituradas. Alisaremos con la base de un vaso. Guardaremos en el frigor\u00edfico durante 30 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservaremos 6 fresas para la decoraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol pondremos el resto de las fresas, el yogurt, el zumo de lim\u00f3n y la mitad del az\u00facar. Lo batiremos con un batidor el\u00e9ctrico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calentaremos un poco la leche y mezclaremos la gelatina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos la mezcla de las fresas en un cazo y con el fuego bajo coceremos la mezcla. Cuando empiece a hervir agregaremos la gelatina con la leche. Removeremos bien y despu\u00e9s de un minuto apagaremos el fuego. Dejaremos enfriar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Montaremos la nata y cuando est\u00e9 casi montada agregaremos el az\u00facar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integraremos la mousse de fresas con la nata en movimientos envolventes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rellenaremos los moldes con la mousse, no llegando al borde. Guardaremos en el frigor\u00edfico.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pondremos a hidratar las hojas de gelatina durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol pondremos las fresa, el az\u00facar, y el jarabe de grosella. Trituraremos con un batidor el\u00e9ctrico y coceremos la mezcla. Cuando empiece a hervir apagaremos el fuego y pondremos la gelatina previamente escurrida. Removeremos hasta que se integre totalmente.
