La seva aroma irresistible i el sabor profund et transportaran a la cuina d&#039;antany, amb aquests guisats casolans que reconforten a cada cullerada. Ideal per als dies freds o per sorprendre amb un plat contundent sense complicacions. Carn de Xai amb os trossejada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Rom negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trossejarem la ceba petita. Tallarem els alls. Pelarem els tom\u00e0quets i els trossejarem tamb\u00e9. Al pebrot li traurem les llavors i el picarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem la carn al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola gran posarem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegirem els trossos de carn que hem enfarinat pr\u00e8viament. Daurarem la carn pels dos costats i la reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli ofegarem la ceba, el pebrot i els alls. Transcorreguts uns dos minuts, afegirem els tom\u00e0quets i ofegarem tot plegat uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la carn i remourem perqu\u00e8 es vagin integrant els ingredients. Hi donarem un parell de voltes i hi afegirem el rom i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol hi afegirem el brou de carn, la farigola i el llorer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i courem amb el foc baix durant 60 minuts. Si li falta brou per a la cocci\u00f3, se li va afegint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem i tallarem les patates espetecant-les, perqu\u00e8 deixin anar el mid\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 es fa enfonsant el ganivet a la patata i estirant tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les patates al guisat. Tallarem els xampinyons i els saltejarem. Els hi hem afegit all i julivert picats per sobre i els afegirem tamb\u00e9 al guisat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem tot junt durant uns 20 minuts m\u00e9s o fins que estiguin cuites les patates.
