Farina \u00fas com\u00fa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva Verge extra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 m. An\u00eds dol\u00e7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un bol hi posem els ous, la ratlladura de llimona, l&#039;an\u00eds, l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem amb unes varetes manuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina tamisada en un parell de vegades i pastem amb un pastador manual fins que estigui tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets del bol la traurem i pastarem una mica m\u00e9s amb les mans. Farem una bola i la deixarem reposar tapada uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit farem unes boletes de la mida d&#039;una nou. Posarem una mica de farina a la taula de treball. Amb el corr\u00f3 li donarem la forma fins que quedi la massa gaireb\u00e9 transparent. Les dipositarem en una safata amb paper vegetal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un ganivet ben esmolat donarem un parell de talls en diagonal a cadascuna.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans de fregir-les els farem mitja volta (tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les fregirem en una paella amb abundant oli de gira-sol. Es poden fer tamb\u00e9 amb la fregidora el\u00e8ctrica a 170 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads. Cal anar fregint en petites quantitats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les dipositarem sobre paper absorbent de cuina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un plat profund posarem la mel i una mica d&#039;aigua.
