Fideus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Gambes vermelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 S\u00edpia de 300 gr.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. Clo\u00efsses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1.250 ml. Fumet de Peix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 gr. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 Ametlles torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Avellanes torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem oli en una cassola i quan estigui calent afegirem les gambes i les fregirem lleugerament pels dos costats. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli obrirem les clo\u00efsses amb la cassola tapada i les anirem traient a mesura que s&#039;obrin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli i amb el foc baix sofregirem la s\u00edpia tallada a trossets durant uns 5 minuts. Afegirem la ceba ben picada, remenarem i sofregirem tot junt durant uns 7 minuts. Afegirem el tom\u00e0quet i cuinarem fins que quedi com si fos una melmelada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els fideus i els fregirem una mica perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9 amb el sofregit, abocarem el pebre ia continuaci\u00f3 el brou bullint que ho afegirem en un parell de vegades. Courem els fideus al nostre gust, seguint les instruccions del fabricant de la pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Mentre es couen els fideus prepararem la picada o picada posant els alls tallats i una mica de sal en un morter. Picarem fins que quedi ben aixafat, afegirem les ametlles, les avellanes i el julivert i picarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan faltin 3 o 4 minuts de cocci\u00f3 afegirem la picada i comprovarem de sal i incorporarem les clo\u00efsses i les gambes.
