Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 mol. Vinagre de Vi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 dents d&#039;all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Untarem generosament les espatlles pels dos costats amb la mantega de porc. Salpebrarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 230 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem les espatlles en una safata de forn durant uns 30 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem una picada posant els alls i una mica de sal en un morter. Picarem fins que estiguin ben aixafats. Afegirem el julivert i el picarem. Ha de quedar una pasta. Abocarem el vinagre i l&#039;oli i remenarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem i rentarem les patates. Les tallarem a discos de \u00bd cent\u00edmetre. Tallarem la ceba a la juliana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al fons de la safata hi posarem les patates i la ceba. Salpebrarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipositarem de nou les espatlles a la safata damunt les patates, ara de l&#039;altra banda.
