Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 posarem el suc de taronja, la maizena i el sucre. Remenarem fins que la maizena estigui completament integrada i no faci cap grumoll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem la barreja amb el foc molt baix i no deixarem de remenar perqu\u00e8 no se&#039;ns enganxi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a bullir afegirem el cointreau i despr\u00e9s que hagi espessit, apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondrem la xocolata al bany maria. Quan s&#039;hagi fos totalment apagarem el foc i afegirem la mantega. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es fongui.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal temperar la xocolata, \u00e9s a dir, posarem la meitat de la xocolata a la taula de treball i l&#039;anirem aplanant amb unes esp\u00e0tules i ho anirem movent de lloc perqu\u00e8 es refredi, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop una mica refredat ho reincorporarem de nou al bol i ho barrejarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilitzarem uns motlles de silicona per a bombons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omplirem els motlles fins arribar a la part de dalt del motlle i amb una esp\u00e0tula gran traurem l\u00b4exc\u00e9s de xocolata que hagi quedat a la part de dalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tindrem preparat un recipient on bolcar el motlle perqu\u00e8 vagi deixant anar la xocolata i nom\u00e9s quedin cobertes les parets del motlle.
