Brou de Pollastre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem la ceba ben fina, la pastanaga la tallarem a discos, i picarem els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem els filets pels dos costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli en una cassola i quan estigui calent afegirem la carn pr\u00e8viament enfarinada. Fregirem lleugerament la carn pels dos costats. Reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abaixarem el foc i incorporarem la ceba i la pastanaga. Farem uns 6 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem els xampinyons i els afegirem juntament amb els alls i el julivert. Remenarem i cuinarem tot junt 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la carn i afegirem la cervesa. Remenarem i quan evaporem l&#039;alcohol afegirem el brou.
