Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gs. Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisem la farina i hi afegim el sucre, la sal i l&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporem l&#039;aigua, reservant-ne una petita quantitat, i anirem pastant a m\u00e0. La resta de laigua lafegirem a mesura que sigui necess\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan hagi absorbit l&#039;aigua, hi afegirem el llevat i una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua perqu\u00e8 el llevat es dissolgui millor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuarem pastant una mica m\u00e9s fins que quedi tot ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empolvorarem farina a la taula de treball i acabarem d&#039;amassar a m\u00e0 (mirar el v\u00eddeo per veure la forma d&#039;amassar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deixem reposar uns 10 minuts tapada amb un drap i despr\u00e9s la pastem una mica m\u00e9s fins que vegem que la massa s&#039;estira f\u00e0cilment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una bola i la pintem amb una mica d&#039;oli perqu\u00e8 no agafi una crosta. Ho tapem i deixarem que doblegui el volum, aproximadament uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pesem la massa i fem unes boles de 60 grs. cadascuna. Les deixarem reposar uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem farina a la taula de treball i aplanarem les boles, donant-los una forma rodona amb el corr\u00f3, i les posarem en una llauna que pugui anar al forn. Han de quedar molt fines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixem reposar 15 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 240 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads, per dalt i baix i les deixem coure durant uns 7 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano que veieu el v\u00eddeo del Pa de Pita per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta receta es muy f\u00e1cil de elaborar y pod\u00e9is rellenar el pan de pita\u00a0con lo que m\u00e1s os guste.
