Farina d&#039;\u00fas com\u00fa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 mol An\u00eds dol\u00e7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr. Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. Mantega de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 gr. Llevat sec de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr. An\u00eds en gra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 gr. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llavors de S\u00e8sam<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dissoldrem el llevat amb l&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem la farina, la sal, el sucre, la mel, l&#039;an\u00eds i la mantega de porc a temperatura ambient i l&#039;an\u00eds en gra i el llevat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem tot amb una esp\u00e0tula per barrejar els ingredients. Seguidament pastarem amb les mans fins que la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la massa a la taula de treball i pastarem amb les mans durant uns 10 minuts. Farem una bola i la deixarem reposar tapada en un bol amb una mica d&#039;oli al fons durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassarem una mica m\u00e9s i amb un corr\u00f3 estirarem la massa procurant fer un rectangle fi i si costa molt estirar-la es pot deixar descansar 5 minuts i continuar estirant amb el corr\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem unes tires de 1,5 cm. a l&#039;amplada del rectangle i les estirarem donant-li la forma de rul\u00b7lo i les dipositarem en una safata de forn amb paper de fornejar per sobre.
