Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Ametlles crues amb pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem en remull les ametlles amb pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem els ous, l&#039;oli, l&#039;an\u00eds. Remenarem una mica, afegirem la ratlladura de llimona, la canyella i ho batrem una mica. Afegirem la sal i el sucre i remourem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem l&#039;ametlla m\u00f2lta i el batrem amb un batedor manual per integrar-la.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb la farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la farina pr\u00e8viament tamisada a la resta dels ingredients i pastarem amb les mans fins aconseguir una massa homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem les ametlles i les integrarem a la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A la taula de treball estenem una mica de farina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem unes porcions d&#039;uns 400 grams aproximadament i us donarem la forma d&#039;un cilindre ben llarg que arribi d&#039;extrem a extrem de la safata, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dipositarem les barres en una safata de forn amb paper de coure. Aplanarem lleugerament les barres. Han de quedar uns 4 cent\u00edmetres d&#039;amplada. Les pintarem amb ou batut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i els courem durant uns 35 minuts aproximadament.
