Vi Pedro Xim\u00e9nez<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 gr. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem finament la ceba i els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli i quan estigui calent posarem els alls. Remenarem i seguidament afegirem la ceba i una mica de sal.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofregirem amb el foc baix i quan estigui transparent, \u00e9s a dir, uns 5 minuts aproximadament, incorporarem el vi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol afegirem el brou de carn, el pebre i la maizena. Remenarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri b\u00e9 la maizena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuinarem la salsa amb el foc molt baix durant uns 8 minuts aproximadament. La salsa es pot colar si es vol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella ben calenta i amb una espurna d&#039;oli fregirem al nostre gust el filet pels dos costats. Salpebrarem.
