Si prepareu el pa cuit a la cassola veureu que queda molt cruixent i sabor\u00f3s. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Massa Mare<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol la farina tamisada, la sal, la massa mare i l&#039;aigua. Reserveu una mica d&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amassem una mica i hi afegim el llevat esmicolat amb una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua. Seguirem pastant fins que la massa s&#039;enlairi de les parets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem la massa del bol i pastarem una mica m\u00e9s a m\u00e0. No cal amassar gaire ja que aquesta massa s&#039;amassa gaireb\u00e9 sola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una mica de farina al bol i dipositem la massa que taparem amb paper film. Posarem la massa al frigor\u00edfic i la deixarem durant unes 12\/14 hores perqu\u00e8 vagi fermentant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la massa del bol procurant que no es desgasifiqui. Posarem una mica de farina a la taula de treball i li donarem la forma, fent uns plecs a la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la massa de pa sobre una tela de lli i la deixarem fermentar unes dues hores, tapada amb un drap, fins que doblegui el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i posem dins del forn una cassola amb tapa prou gran perqu\u00e8 c\u00e0piga el pa. Ha de ser de ferro colat o d&#039;algun altre material que aguanti molt la calor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixem escalfar la cassola i dipositem el pa amb molt de compte perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;aixafi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfornem el pa amb la cassola tapada durant uns 15 minuts a 250\u00ba i 35 minuts a 200 graus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la cassola del forn i baixem el forn a 180 \u00ba i tornem a posar el pa fins que estigui ben cuit aproximadament uns 15\/20 minuts.
