Espaguetis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Bolets (Camagrocs, Trompetes Grogues)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem i escorrem b\u00e9 els bolets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva a la paella i quan estigui calent afegim la ceba tallada molt petita i la sofregim fins que quedi una mica daurada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim a continuaci\u00f3 els bolets. Remenarem i deixarem coure tot junt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un got batedor hi posarem l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva, la sal, el pebre, els alls i el julivert trossejats. El triturem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la barreja a la paella i barrejarem perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat. Li farem unes voltes i reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem abundant aigua en una olla i quan bulli afegirem la sal i els espaguetis. Posarem una mica d&#039;oli a l&#039;olla i courem la pasta al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem els espaguetis i els refredarem amb aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalfem la salsa i posem els espaguetis.
