Llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. llet temperada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. llet en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisarem la farina que la reservarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol hi posarem la llet l\u00edquida que barrejarem amb la llet en pols.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la llet al bol de la farina, juntament amb la sal, els ous, la ratlladura de llimona, el sucre i el llard de porc o mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comen\u00e7arem a batre&#039;l pastant dins del bol. A meitat del pastat, incorporarem el llevat ben esmicolat perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la nostra massa a la taula de treball, i continuarem pastant a m\u00e0 fins que ens quedi una massa el\u00e0stica, oxigenant b\u00e9 la massa com s&#039;observa al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tenim la massa llesta, li donarem forma de bola, i la col\u00b7locarem en un recipient amb farina o una mica d&#039;oli perqu\u00e8 no se&#039;ns enganxi i la deixarem fermentar tapada amb un drap fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dividirem la massa en peces de 80 grs. li donarem la forma rodona i les dipositarem a la safata del forn amb un paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fermentar-lo, un bon lloc \u00e9s dins del forn apagat ja que evitem els corrents d&#039;aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batrem una clara d&#039;ou i pintarem les pastes procurant no desinflar-les.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem sucre per sobre i posarem al forn a 200\u00ba cent\u00edgrads amb la calor per dalt i per baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passats 25 minuts +\/- Tindrem llestos uns pastissos o pans cremeu-vos molt bo,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com sempre \u00e9s preferible vegeu el v\u00eddeo del pa cremat o brioixos de briox per a una millor comprensi\u00f3<\/h3>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deliciosos bollos de Pan Quemado, seguro que te transportaran a otros tiempos.
