Agar Agar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la coberta de Xocolata:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>225 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Xocolata per fondre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 gr. Cacau en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 gr. Agar Agar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farem servir com a motlle una ampolla de pl\u00e0stic de les d&#039;aigua de 1,5 litres. Tallarem l&#039;ampolla per la part de dalt amb un cuter, com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 posarem la nata, la llet, el sucre i l&#039;agar agar. Ho integrarem remenant b\u00e9. Sense deixar de remenar, quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc i afegirem el licor. Deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem les mandarines i amb una broqueta llarga de les de les broquetes foradarem l&#039;ampolla i seguidament farem una mica de la barreja que hem bullit i amb la broqueta travessarem una mandarina sencera ia sobre anirem fent una mica de la barreja, i aix\u00ed anirem posant-les totes les mandarines i acabarem de cobrir les mandarines. Deixarem refredar del tot a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui fred amb el cuter, farem un tall longitudinal a l&#039;ampolla i traurem tot el motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la cobertura posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb el sucre, la llet, la xocolata trossejada petita i el cacau. Remenarem fins que estigui la xocolata fosa i tot integrat. Afegirem despr\u00e9s l&#039;agar agar, remourem i apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la xocolata a un dispensador. El rotllo el posarem en una reixeta amb una safata a sota perqu\u00e8 reculli la xocolata sobrant. Cobrirem tot el rotllo amb la cobertura de xocolata.
