Porros nets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Gambes petites congelades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Bolets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba blanca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem una paella gran i fonda al foc i hi afegim la mantega i una mica d&#039;oli. Quan la mantega estigui fosa posarem la ceba i els porros trossejats petitets i deixarem escalfar amb el foc baix i tapada la paella. Afegirem la sal i el pebre. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella petita i amb una mica d&#039;oli, sofregirem lleugerament els bolets. Afegirem una mica de sal. Les escorrerem i les deixarem amb els porros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli fregirem una mica les gambes i les salem i les afegim tamb\u00e9 als porros. Escorreu b\u00e9 tot el farcit perqu\u00e8 no quedi res d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un bol els ous, la sal i la nou moscada al gust. Batem b\u00e9 els ous i afegim la crema de llet i amb un batedor manual ho remenem b\u00e9. Hi afegim el farcit i ho remenem fins que quedi tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem un motlle rectangular, preferiblement de silicona, i posem el p\u00fading.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preescalfem el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem el p\u00fading durant uns 75 minuts aproximadament. Cal fer la prova del escuradents i comprovar que estigui cuit.
