Carbassa sense pell<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 gr. Panceta ib\u00e8rica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>700 gr. Brou de Verdures aprox.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat per decorar (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelarem la carbassa, traurem totes les llavors i la tallarem a quadrats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la carbassa en una safata que pugui anar al forn. Salpebrarem i ruixarem amb oli d&#039;oliva. Han estat al forn 30 minuts o fins que veieu que estan cuites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picarem l&#039;all ben fi i la ceba. Trossejarem els xampinyons i la cansalada la tallarem en quadradets petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli i quan comenci a estar calent hi afegirem els alls. Hi donarem unes voltes i hi afegirem la ceba. Sofregirem amb el foc baix durant uns 3 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem la carbassa amb el suc que hagi deixat anar i afegirem el brou de verdures. Cuinarem durant uns 5 minuts. Triturarem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric i posarem de nou la cassola al foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la nata per cuinar i la nou moscada i remenarem. Courem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltejarem la cansalada amb una mica d&#039;oli.
