De farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. de <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/massa-mare-natural\/\">massa mare natural veure recepta<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 grs. de llevat de forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>560 ml. d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tamisarem la farina perqu\u00e8 quedi esponjosa i la dipositarem en un bol i afegirem la sal, la massa mare i anirem afegint aigua en un parell de vegades remenant b\u00e9 amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que es comenci a separar de les parets del bol. Aquest pas s&#039;anomena el \u201cfresat\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La passarem a la taula de treball i comen\u00e7arem el pastat airejant la massa. Despr\u00e9s de pastar 10 minuts, afegirem el llevat amb una mica d&#039;aigua per integrar-lo millor.
