Per a aquesta quantitat de massa, surten aproximadament 20 panets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem un drap de lli o cot\u00f3, que enfarinarem i formarem unes boles (a l&#039;argot forner es diu fenyir) Taparem les boles amb un drap i les deixarem reposar 10 minuts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 formarem les peces \u00e9s imprescindible que mireu el v\u00eddeo que \u00e9s un tutorial per fer els tres tipus de pa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop formades les peces, deixarem fermentar fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop fermentat el pa, tindrem el forn preescalfat a 200 graus cent\u00edgrads Amb un difusor d&#039;aigua, ruixarem una mica el pa per sobre i ho empolvorarem una mica amb farina. Els posarem al forn i li donarem 10 minuts de cocci\u00f3 nom\u00e9s per baix, ja que ens interessa que agafin \u201csola\u201d \u00e9s a dir que s&#039;escalfi molt per sota.
