Ametlles Molides<\/li><li>Sucre en Pols per decorar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PANELLETS DE VAINILLA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 grs. Mazapan<\/li><li>15 grs. Vainillina ensucrada (Vainilla en pols)<\/li><li>Nous<\/li><li>Sucre M\u00f2lt per decorar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PANELLETS DE COCO BANYATS EN XOCOLATA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200 grs. Mazapan<\/li><li>50 grs. Coco ratllat<\/li><li>Unes gotes d&#039;aigua<\/li><li>125 grs. Xocolata per Fondre<\/li><li>15 grs. Mantega<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per fer els Panellets de Xocolata:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem el massap\u00e0 en un bol i hi afegim la clara d&#039;un ou, el sucre llustre i el cacau en pols. Ho pastarem perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin tots els ingredients.<\/li><li>Hi hem afegit tamb\u00e9 100 grs. d&#039;Ametlla m\u00f2lta ja que amb la clara d&#039;ou el massap\u00e0 ha quedat massa tou. Continuem pastant fins que quedi una massa compacta i tot ben barrejat.<\/li><li>Ho deixarem reposar durant 30 minuts al frigor\u00edfic i aix\u00ed la massa es refrescar\u00e0. Ho tornarem a amassar donant-li una forma cil\u00edndrica for\u00e7a llarga per poder-los tallar al nostre gust.<\/li><li>Farem unes boletes amb la massa i despr\u00e9s podem donar-li la forma que vulguem, pot ser forma de croquetes.<\/li><li>Els posarem en una llauna de coure amb paper de forn.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per fer els Panellets de Vainilla:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Barrejarem la Vainilla Ensucrada amb el Mazap\u00e1n i quan estigui tot integrat tornarem a donar-li una forma cil\u00edndrica for\u00e7a llarga per poder tallar el Mazap\u00e1n.<\/li><li>Farem unes boletes i per sobre posarem una nou i pitjarem una mica la nou perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enlairi.<\/li><li>Els posarem en una llauna de coure.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per fer els Panellets de Coco banyats a Xocolata:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem el Mazap\u00e1n en un bol i hi afegim el coco ratllat i pastem perqu\u00e8 el massap\u00e0 vagi deixant anar l&#039;oli i s&#039;integri b\u00e9 el coco ratllat.<\/li><li>Afegirem unes gotetes d&#039;aigua ja que amb el coco ens quedar\u00e0 la massa espessa i continuarem pastant.<\/li><li>Li donarem una forma cil\u00edndrica for\u00e7a llarga i tallarem a trossos petits. Farem unes boletes i les posarem en una llauna de coure.<\/li><li>Prepararem la xocolata per banyar els panellets. Un cop fosa la xocolata al bany maria li afegirem la mantega perqu\u00e8 la xocolata tingui m\u00e9s brillantor.<\/li><li>Un cop fornejats els panellets i quan estiguin freds els banyarem amb la xocolata. Els deixarem en una reixeta perqu\u00e8 vagi deixant anar la xocolata restant. Els deixarem a la nevera fins que s&#039;assequi la xocolata.<\/li><li>Abans d&#039;enfornar els panellets posarem una altra llauna de forn sota la que ten\u00edem els panellets perqu\u00e8 no tinguin massa calor per la part de baix.<\/li><li>El forn el tenim preescalfat a 230 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i els deixarem coure entre 5 i 10 minuts. No han de coure gaire ja que s&#039;acaben d&#039;assecar fora del forn.
