Aquest tipus de sucre ens servir\u00e0 per adornar moltes elaboracions, tipus gofres, tortells de Reis i tamb\u00e9 coques de Sant Joan. Sucre glas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posarem el sucre de llustre en un bol juntament amb l&#039;aigua. Ho remourem al principi amb una esp\u00e0tula de fusta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament utilitzarem les mans per compactar el sucre i quan comenci a fer grumolls ho passarem a la taula de treball i farem una bola prement fort. La dipositarem en un plat i la deixarem reposar una hora perqu\u00e8 s&#039;assequi una mica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un ratllador manual ratllarem la bola amb el gruix que m\u00e9s ens agradi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop ratllat tot el sucre l&#039;estendrem b\u00e9 damunt una safata gran de forn i ho deixarem assecar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estigui totalment sec, aproximadament ha de transc\u00f3rrer un dia, ja ho tindrem llest per utilitzar-lo o b\u00e9 desar-lo en un pot ben tancat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Sucre perlat per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prepara un ric Sucre perlat, un tipus de sucre que ens donar\u00e0 un toc cruixent a les nostres receptes.
