Tot seguit afegirem els Ous. Normalment \u00e9s un ou per cada 100 grs. de farina, per\u00f2 en aquest cas nom\u00e9s n&#039;hi van entrar 4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S&#039;ha de tenir la precauci\u00f3 de no posar-los tots de cop, ja que segons quines farines utilitzeu, us absorbir\u00e0 m\u00e9s o menys quantitat d&#039;ou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop hem pastat la nostra barreja, la deixarem reposar per espai de deu minuts perqu\u00e8 agafi una mica d&#039;elasticitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3, dividirem la massa, i estirarem amb el corr\u00f3 per fer els fetutxinis manualment tal com es mostra al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s, he fet servir una m\u00e0quina especial per tallar-los, que \u00e9s molt \u00fatil, ja que els fa tots amb el mateix gruix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem a bullir aigua en un cass\u00f3, i hi afegirem un pessic de sal i oli. Quan comenci l&#039;ebullici\u00f3, posarem la nostra pasta fresca durant 3 minuts m\u00e9s o menys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per servir-los, hi afegirem formatge parmes\u00e0 ratllat i un bon rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva verge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En cas que no trobeu la farina de s\u00e8mola, els podeu fer nom\u00e9s amb farina normal tamb\u00e9 us sortiran b\u00e9.
