Bolets xinesos shiitake o xampinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba tendra petita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge parmes\u00e0 (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem finament la ceba i l&#039;all. Ho reservarem tot junt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laminarem els bolets ben petitons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli en una paella i quan estigui calent afegirem la ceba i l&#039;all. Ofegarem i cuinarem uns 2 minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els bolets i en salarem. Ofegarem durant dos minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem el vi, remenarem i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol introduirem la nata per cuinar i la nou moscada. Salpebrarem al gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuinarem la salsa amb el foc baix durant 3 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bullirem els raviolis amb aigua i sal, seguint les instruccions del fabricant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem els raviolis a la salsa. Donarem unes voltes i ho cuinarem tot junt durant un parell de minuts.
