La combinaci\u00f3 de la massa cruixent de pasta tall, un farcit crem\u00f3s i el toc c\u00edtric del xarop de taronja la converteix en una opci\u00f3 irresistible per a qualsevol ocasi\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En aquesta recepta pas a pas, t&#039;ensenyarem a preparar la massa perfecta, aconseguir un farciment suau i sabor\u00f3s de taronja, i finalitzar amb un toc daurat de merenga. Pasta Filo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>600 gr. Iogurt grec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr. Panses sultanes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada d&#039;Ess\u00e8ncia de Vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 gr. Llevat en pols tipus Royal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 Rodanxes de Taronges confitades<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per al Xarop:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. Cointreau (licor de Taronja)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Taronges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pal de Canela<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;una de les taronges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agafarem les l\u00e0mines de pasta tall i les arruguem com si fos un paper. Les dipositarem en una safata gran i les deixarem assecar tota la nit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el past\u00eds comen\u00e7arem batent els ous amb el sucre fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem l&#039;oli de gira-sol, la vainilla, el suc de la taronja, els iogurts i el llevat qu\u00edmic. Remenarem una mica amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les panses i la pasta tall que la trencarem a trossos. Amb una esp\u00e0tula ho barrejarem tot fins que quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untarem el motlle amb mantega i passarem la barreja al motlle. Li donarem uns copets perqu\u00e8 surtin les bombolles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit posarem per sobre els discos de taronja confitada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornarem durant uns 45 minuts o fins que estigui cuita. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer el xarop ratllarem la pell de la taronja. Escorrerem les taronges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un cass\u00f3, el suc, la ratlladura de taronja, el pal de canyella, el sucre, l&#039;aigua i el licor. Donarem unes voltes i ho courem durant uns 8 minuts.
